Rocko is touring with Def Leppard these days and he invited two RATD fans (including the webmaster of the RATD site) backstage at the concert in Marysville, CA on September 14. Check out their review which gives a nice glimpse into the world behind the scenes at a rock concert, with pictures of two of the Devils: Rocko and Scott, and more.

A video of the song "I Don't Wanna", performed at the Aloha Stadium, Honolulu, Hawaii on December 9, 2006 has been released today on the bands website.
NEW YORK (Billboard) - Rocko Reedy has been working as a U2 roadie for 15 years. But it's safe to say he never had a night quite like the Vertigo tour finale in Honolulu,
when his band Rocko & the Devils opened the December 9 show in front of nearly 50,000 fans at Aloha Stadium.
And while he was clearly reveling in stadium-rock fantasy in Honolulu
(bombastic covers of "Eleanor Rigby" and "I Wanna Be Sedated," transforming Don Henley's "Dirty Laundry" into "Dirty Roadies"),
Reedy never lost sight of his main duty:
"After I get done pretending I'm a rock star, I get to load all of this s--- out of here," he said from the stage.
At the final night on the Vertigo Tour, Rocko and the Devils – led by U2’s Stage Manager Rocko Reedy - got to open the show.
Here’s the diary Rocko kept for U2.Com of a day he ‘took off his my stage manager hat and put on my rock star hat’.
Reedy told himself, as years and tours went by,
that he would "take time off and go into the studio and get serious about playing — but I never got around to it."
In the spring, when family issues caused U2 to postpone its tour, the opportunity presented itself:
Reedy set out to make the Devils come to life.
Reedy and Journey crew members Scott Appleton, Jim Handley and Brent Jeffers always jammed backstage and occasionally warmed up an audience.
"It’s by far the most unlikely band I’ve ever been in," said Appleton, guitar technician for Journey’s Neal Schon. "It’s a blast."
When singer Bono saw a video of the Devils playing With or Without You before a Journey show, Reedy said, Bono was "over the moon."
"Bono saw it, and he was blown away: ‘Aw, Rocko, it’s great!’ "
When he and the Devils play those songs during a 30-minute set tonight, Reedy will play with confidence.
"I’m just a guy from Columbus who does rock ’n’ roll tours. But I’m going to go to my grave being able to say I opened for U2."
"We're living the dream. We play for about a half-hour, and it's a win-win situation.
We've previously played state fairs, playing before 15 to 20,000 people, but not on this scale before.
The gravity of this first hit us when we were approached by U2's manager Paul McGuiness,
who said that Bono came to him to ask us to open for them in Hawaii.
"We're gonna do some original material. The rapport with U2 fans is wonderful, because they pay close attention.
Our Web site has some of our songs on it, and so far we have had over 500,000 hits from U2 and Journey fans."
Lots of new mentions leading up to the concert in Honolulu..... Rocko and the Devils are all over the web!
March 8, 2006 - from U2.Com: Vertigo '06: Final Dates Postponed. It is
with great regret that tour promoter The Next Adventure announces
the postponement of the final ten dates of U2's Vertigo '06 tour.
This action is unavoidable due to the illness of an immediate family
member of one of the band. The effected dates are listed below. 'Any
fan of U2 will realise that this decision has not been taken
lightly', said TNA President Arthur Fogel. 'We will announce further
details as soon as we have them.' The effected shows, which are all
sold out, are: March 17th & 18th, Ericcson Stadium AUCKLAND; 21st,
Queensland Sports & Athletics Centre BRISBANE; 24TH & 25TH, Telstra
Dome, MELBOURNE; 28th, AAMI Stadium ADELAIDE; 31st & 1st April,
Telstra Stadium, SYDNEY; 4th, Nissan Stadium YOKOHAMA; 8th Aloha
Stadium, HONOLULU. We'll bring you more news on U2.Com as we get it.
When the final show on U2's 'Vertigo' tour (in
Honolulu, Hawaii) was announced the Honolulu
Star Bulletin
reported that a band called 'Rocko and the
Devils' would be the opening act. I had never
heared of this band, and i figured that it was
propably a local Hawaiian band.
However i was somewhat surprised after i did a
Google search for the band's name: There were no
results. And there was no mention of this band
in the
All Music Guide either. How come no one has
ever heared of this band?
Well that's propably because the band 'Rocko and
the Devils' doesn't even exist ... at least, not
yet.
Openers for Hawaii?
There's been a very *hot* rumor going around the online boards about
the band Rocko and the Devils opening for U2 for their last Vertigo
tour dates in April at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii. According to two
affiliated websites for Rocko and the Devils: jimhandley.com
(drummer for the band) and melanielowery.com (webmaster for the
band), it sounds all-but-confirmed.
If you're wondering why they're opening, well...the "Rocko" is U2's
crew member extraordinare Rocko Reedy. Two of the four "Devils" are
crew members for Journey. The band's website:
www.rockoandthedevils.com should have video and other content up
soon on it in the weeks to come.
